Central Iowa Fencing has friendly and knowledgeable staff from top to bottom. All your questions will be answered in a way that helps you completely understand the process of putting in a fence. They are there to help you understand every step of the process and they help you choose the options that are best for your situation. Their fencing materials are high quality. Their bid was in the ballpark with the two other companies, so it was a no brainer to go with the company that had the best customer service. My fence was finished in about a week, from my first phone call.

I can't say enough about how great working with Central Iowa Fencing was. We started discussing a fence with them while we were doing landscaping on a new build. They were able to quickly accommodate design changes that occurred because of landscaping/irrigation changes and we were quickly scheduled for installation. Jon, Adam, Phill, and Zee were great. They took the time to figure out our expectations and had it installed in an afternoon. I would absolutely recommend Central Iowa Fencing to anybody looking for a fence.

Greg came out within a few days of my call to measure and quote the job, and Sarah in the office, kept me informed about the installation schedule. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Jack, Dylan and Tanner did such an amazing job with my chainlink fence. It was done in such a timely manner and they even spent some time playing and loving on my dog. The fence looks incredible and they took the extra time to make it super sturdy so I don't have to worry about my dog getting out. I appreciate them so much!

Adam, Devin, Phil, and Victor were awesome, as well as their supervisor! They were having fun while working and I could tell that they enjoy their job. That is extremely important to me. They bantered and teased one another and had a beautiful day to put up our black chain-linked fence.We wanted an enclosed area (basically a miniature dog park) for our 3 long-haired dachshunds, two of which are only 11 weeks old and quite the escape artists. When I noted that our babies might be able to get under the fence, they went back and lowered it as much as they could. We are so happy that our pups will have a safe and fun place to run and play without worrying they they can escape, or that other animals can get to them!I highly recommend Central Iowa Fencing for big and small jobs!Thank you! Don’t bother with any other fencing company!! From beginning to end they are responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We got a quote done quickly and despite some delays completely on my end, they were quick to get me back in line and finished before end of season. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Central Iowa Fencing. Starting with Grace helping get our quote scheduled, working with Greg for the quote, then Sara helping coordinate all the details needed for scheduling install! Communication and customer service was top notch. The installation crew (Adam, Bobby, Nate, JR, and Devin) were incredible! They called on their way to our home, and when they arrived were so kind, respectful, and efficient. They were punctual both days of our project. The crew kept the job site clean, were so meticulous in their work, and communicated so well throughout the duration of the project. Our new vinyl privacy fence is beautiful and we could not be more pleased with the final product! We recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed on their property!

A couple of years ago our cedar privacy fence was taken down by the Derecho. We knew living in Iowa we needed something that would hold up to those 100+ gusting winds. We had several estimates but only Central Iowa Fencing came through. Their sales rep., Greg, took the time to listen to our concerns, provided the information we were looking for, and showed us examples of a finished product. Even though the installation crew, Jon, Adam & Jr ran into a problem with undetected underground wiring, they forged ahead. They called their boss and owner Mike who was Johnny on the spot and got the problem resolved so they could complete our installation that day. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product, the great crew and an owner who cared about taking care of his customer. Jon, Adam, and Gus did an amazing job with our fence installation. Price was very reasonable and customer service was outstanding! Great communicators and always kept me informed. Had the fence installed four days after it snowed and despite the ground being frozen, they were able to install the fence a day earlier than originally planned. The entire experience was outstanding. I called a couple of Central Iowa Fencing competitors, didn't even get far enough to set up an appointment. CIF answered the phone immediately, set up an appointment to give me an estimate right away.What I got was more than an estimate, it was a true consultation, with the estimator (Steve?) not just taking measurements, but making solid recommendations to improve upon the plan I had in mind. The estimate was a great price too.Contact with the office staff was great, and they kept me updated on the wait time. Payment was simple and easy. Abby, Sara, Ann were all fantastic. Hope I didn't miss anyone, if I did, I include them in the compliment.The team arrived early for the install, walked it off and made a few on-the-spot tweaks to improve the final product. Once again, very professional and consultative.Want to make sure I didn't miss anyone; Keith, Jon, Adam, Scott, and Brett did an amazing job. Very sturdy, high quality, and absolutely perfect for our rural setting. It's a beautiful fence.
